How do I remove entries from the events list when I no longer need them?

1. Use the UNDO facility. Be aware though that this really does remove the individual entry as though it had never been entered, with the result that any handicap record affected will be recalculated accordingly, or
2. Use the HOUSEKEEPING option (called ARCHIVE option in previous versions of HandicapMaster) under the FILE menu. This is in affect the housekeeping option. Select HOUSEKEEPING, then CUSTOM, then HANDICAP RECORD ENTRIES and set an appropriate date for the housekeeping to finish. All records prior to this date will be removed from the database and, for those members who had handicaps at that time, a 'Handicap Brought Forward' entry will be placed in their handicap record for this date.
