Errors or Unexpected Behavior While Downloading
Issue
You are unable to download a file from the HandicapMaster Web site. For example,
- nothing happens when you begin to download
- an error message appears during a download
- a file stops downloading before the download is complete

If you are unable to download from other popular web sites such as
http://www.microsoft.com/, your Internet
connection may be unstable. Contact your network administrator or helpdesk resource
or Internet service provider to resolve the problem. For example, they may need
to configure your computer to download from behind an Internet firewall.
Solution 2
Download the file when there is less activity on the Internet (e.g., early in the morning).
Solution 3
Use a different Web browser, or contact the manufacturer of your Web browser to verify
that the software is working as expected and is not damaged or configured incorrectly.
Solution 4
If you have installed an Internet download application to enhance download performance
and reliability, disable it, uninstall it, or contact the manufacturer of the application
to ensure that the software is working as expected and is not damaged or configured incorrectly.
Additional Information
You may be unable to download a file from the HandicapMaster Web site when one or more of the following is true:
- Your Internet connection is unstable.
- You are using the Internet during a peak hour, and the additional traffic from other users is interfering with your download.
- Your Web browser application is damaged or configured incorrectly.
- A file association problem exists, which prevents the file you're trying to
download from being associated with the correct application by the operating system.
- A third-party Internet download application, is damaged or configured incorrectly.
