Terms and Conditions for use of HandicapMaster Software
Please carefully read the terms and conditions before using this software.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by a Director of HandicapMaster Ltd your
use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Registered Version
A registered version may be freely replicated provided all uses of the software
remains with the sole purpose of processing on behalf of the registered party.
Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software without prior agreement of the author.
Database access
You may not access the HandicapMaster database, other than in the manner
intended by using the software provided. Direct access to the database using Microsoft
Access or other software without the authors prior consent is forbidden.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO
PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR SUPPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into which HandicapMaster
may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. Good data
processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical
data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund
of any purchase price.
