A tour of HandicapMaster
The following is a series of screenshots taken when running HandicapMaster on a PC loaded with Windows 10.
HandicapMaster's main 'desktop'
This is the layout of the main area in HandicapMaster. HandicapMaster is an 'Explorer' style application - this means that Tasks and navigation are shown on the left, with the main area for Lists, Reports and Graphs displayed on the right.
Creating a New Competition
Competitions are created using a 'Wizard' style dialogue to guide you. This is the introduction to the wizard.
Player Entry; Select entrants
To enter the scores for a player or team, entrants are selected from a list. This list has been designed to be easily navigated, ideal for members to enter their own scores!
Player Entry; Enter scores
Scores are entered onto a Scorecard, with Nett scores and Stableford points displayed as the scores are entered. Magnetic swipe cards and touch-screen devices are supported in GOLD Editions. Please see the
Player Entry option for more information.
Player Entry; Competition Leader Board
Optionally, a leader board may be displayed whilst HandicapMaster is waiting for players to enter their scores. This screenshot shows the HandicapMaster leader board window. When the competition is played in Divisions, the leader board will reflect this.
Competition Results
Competition Results can be recalled at any time after the competition and past results are always available. This screenshot shows the HandicapMaster report window with function buttons including:
- Printing the report,
- Saving the report to disk (in popular formats RTF, ODS, PDF and CSV),
- Zooming in and out of the report, and
- Emailing the report.
Publishing to the Internet
Play and handicap records can be easily published to the central handicap databases of England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales (affiliated clubs only). This makes it easier for players and clubs to process rounds played away from the home club.
All HandicapMaster customers may also publish to our free MasterScoreboard™ service, giving their members access to competition results, handicap information and playing history via the web. MasterScoreboard pages can also be integrated with the club website to make updates a breeze. Please see
Master Scoreboard for more details.
